MIAMI, Aug. 22, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pardu Productions is a leading source of Entertainment and celebrity news, and can exclusively announce the following based on public court records alone:

Emerging Irish producer Eamonn Dubois, professionally known as HeyMann Dubois, has filed a Verified Alternative First Amended / Second Amended Complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida (Case No. 0:26-cv-61994-AHS) against Traxsource, Inc., Thrust Publishing Ltd (d/b/a DJ Mag).

On June 23, 2026, just days before Dubois's tracks were tagged, DJ Mag published what the complaint alleged as an unverified promotional article praising Traxsource’s new forensically and independently untested AI-detection initiative.

When Dubois notified the publication of the system's alleged falsity and the devastating commercial harm it was causing independent artists, DJ Mag allegedly refused to correct or retract the piece.

The complaint alleges that Traxsource unilaterally applied false “AI Assisted” metadata tags to eleven of Dubois’ original human-created works—however, Leading Music Streaming DSP Deezer’s Legal Director has purportedly confirmed in writing that none of the tracks carry AI-generated tags under the platform’s industry-leading-recognized system for AI Detection as detailed by BBC, Euronews, CNN and more in the lawsuit’s exhibit.

Alleged claims include false designation of origin and false advertising under the Lanham Act, defamation per se, and gross negligence. Dubois seeks injunctive relief, declaratory relief, actual and treble damages, and a jury trial.

Disclaimer: All allegations are from public court records, and are to be deemed as such — all defendants are innocent until proven guilty.
